The Enfer World Sheep Dog Trials 2005 takes place on the grounds of Charleville Estate which lies on the outskirts of Tullamore, the principal town and administrative capital of County Offaly.

Tullamore, with a population of just over 16,000, is the most central town in Ireland and has excellent road and rail links to the capital city of Dublin.

Located just over one hour west of Dublin, Tullamore is readily accessible to the main national airports and sea ferry ports.
